The whole Lapad bay is covered in beaches. At the beginning you have a sand beach, on the north side there are more secluded rocky beaches and on the south side there are pebble beaches. On the Lapad bay walkway there are also a number of bars and restaurants, shops, nearby cinema and a shopping center.

Lapad is place 4km away from old city. it is nice to go there to walk near the sea or to swimm. You can get there from Pile with bus number 6. Just ask the driver for the stop.

It takes 10 minutes walk to Lapad Beach. Lapad beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Dubrovnik. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in this area.
