A bit of a hike from CarolAnn's Place but well worth it. There is a great history around Perrysburg, and Maumee. The Fallen Timbers Battlefield, Fort Miamis National Historic Site and the "Turkey Rock" are all part of that great history. A trail from Side Cut Metropark actually leads up the hill to this Monument park. There are beautiful views from the top of the hill as well.
