Walking distance - 0.7 mi. Oakhurst dog park is the first to be named a wildlife sanctuary by the Atlanta Audubon Society. There are several birdhouses, bat houses, and a 1300 sqft pollinator garden.

An eight-acre neighborhood recreational facility with two multipurpose fields, a picnic pavilion with restrooms, and a concession/scoring building. There are two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court and a playground area. Two separate parking areas with walkways connect the site features.
