Step back in time. This is one of the best places to learn the unique history of Gregg County. Permanent exhibits, and various events make the $5 (or less) entry worth every penny. Notably, the Buddy Calvin Jones Collection features several thousand objects and is one of the largest collection of prehistoric artifacts in the region. The train exhibit for the kids is always a win!

Interesting museum with information about the Caddo Indians and the history of Longview. Well kept and worth a visit.
