Overlooking the very famous and tallest waterfall east of the Mississippi. Amazing waterfall. Have the option of looking over the falls or hiking and easy trail to the falls. hiking trails around the park and access to the lake, swimming and picnic amenities

The Falls is over 200 feet high and flow changes with the seasons and weather events. The overlook is a good view for a quick stop, and you might see and hear the pair of ravens that live on the cliff!

Taughannock (pronounced ta-gan-nuk) Falls is higher than Niagara but very skinny, The Overlook has been recently updated with a visitors center and large parking area. Very worthwhile visit.
