Sandbanks beach is 2.8 miles from Seasalt. You can take your car and there is a car park which is £2 per hour. You can hire paddle boards. It is a lovely stretch of beach. There is a lovely cafe there for snacks or meals.

Fantastic sandy beach on one side of the peninsula and spectacular harbour views across to brown sea island on the other side.

Sandbanks is like a small island at the mouth of Poole Harbour. It is home to the rich and famous, but the beach is for everyone. It is start of the 7 mile stretch of sand that makes up Bournemouth's award winning beach. There are great places to have a coffee and snack along the way.
