The Sacromonte of Granada offers a sample of Granada's varied geography: mountains, plains and rivers; and of the rich ethnic variety that once lived in this city: Arabs, Jews, Castilians and Gypsies.Since the 18th century, the gypsies have settled on the slopes of Cerro de San Miguel and on the shore of the Camino del Sacromonte, the old Muslim road to Guadix, and have made the land their own by developing a new type of dwelling: the cave.

Sacromonte o Sacred Mountain, good for a wlak and some flamenco shows. Be aware some of teh shows are only for turists and super pricy!
