Great atmosphere in the bar area, where they serve food and drinks as well as allowing dogs. dogs aren't allowed in the main restaurant though. Also a large beer garden to the rear

The Lion bills itself as 'shabby rustic'. Expensive. Watch out for the 10% added to your food bill. Popular with foreign tourists. Pretty garden.

Another great Cotswold Country pub, 5 mins drive in the car. Lovely garden at the rear.
