Killybegs is worthy of a long visit to view the impressive ships by night or day. There are two good hotels centrally located for lunch as well as a fine little coffee shop Mrs B's and an opportunity to shop in the many little stores for clothes, knickknack or food in Supervalu that also has a selection of wine.

There is also a very good bistro upstairs, which is very budget friendly on the purse but not on taste and service.
