Their belief in strong flavours is apparent throughout the menu: salads are served earthy and partially raw, the cured foie gras is especially creamy, the pastas are rich and filling. Bunker serves immaculate cuisine, but it's also a fashionable, intimate space with impeccable service – certainly among the best high-end restaurants in Bangkok. Bunker is run by Tim Butler, who is one of the most influential chefs in Bangkok. The decor of the restaurant is the unpolished concrete, uncovered piping with a very industrial look. The food, however, is American/Thai fusion at the highest level. Located on Sathon Soi 8 - 5 minutes away in taxi.
