You can start at the capitol and walk down to the trail around the lake. They do offer tours but you'll need to check dates and times

The Washington State Capitol is a must see if you are new to the area. With stunning views of the building, the water and the mountains you have to swing by! You can also catch free tours of the building and the Governor's Mansion. Check out www.leg.wa.gov to learn more.

Get a tour of the Washington State Capitol or just go in and check it out. There are lots of memorials and special sites on the campus to check out.
