This is a superb rural pub and restaurant that serves really great food. It can be a bit tricky to find but it's worth it.

High quality menu, locally sourced, great selection of beers and excellent drinks. Wonderful outdoor seating area and a lovely connection between indoor and outdoor zones. Caitlin is the proprietor and the pub-restaurant is open from Wednesday - Saturday 5-11 with lunches served 12-3 on Saturday and Sunday. Advisable to book a day or two in advance, reservations 01974 261275.

Y Ffarmers is an excellent bar/restaurant in the pretty village of Llangfihangel-y-Creuddyn, a short drive away in the next valley. Cosy, warm and welcoming with delicious and varied menu. CURRENTLY BEING REFURBISHED

If you don't mind driving out for food, be sure to visit this amazing local pub. Food is to die for. Fact - it recently burnt down, in a fire, it's been rebuilt as it originally was.

Great little pub off the beaten track. Excellent food & a fab Gin menu . ( expert advice behind the bar!) No dogs in the restaurant( but a few tables in the bar if youre lucky. ) its a bit far for a taxi So someone will have to not try the Gin!
