Sweden gets hot occasionally, take a swim at Smedsuddsbadet, it's easy to walk by the water and see Stockholm as its most beautiful.

If you wanna cool off, here´s a sandy beach. Perhaps not much compared with Sydney or Barcelona, but hey, it´s not too bad either =)
