We have always had excellent meals and service at Anneke Jans in Kittery.

To give this place credit, it was the pioneer in Kittery Foreside and may have led the culinary revolution in this neck of the woods. We have only been twice and I enjoyed both times. It's a bit more of an NYC scene.

This is a very nice restaurant, with a good happy hour, 5 - 6, that is quite affordable. The staff is friendly. On the weekends it have valet parking.
