The award-winning Coastal Walkway is an 12.7km path that forms an expansive sea-edge promenade stretching from Pioneer Park at Port Taranaki all the way to the eastern side of Bell Block.

It's a great place to go for a walk - as long as the sea is calm. :)

Nothing better on a gorgeous day, easy walking path along the coast for approximately 12kms. Some great sculptures and if you are lucky you might get to see a seal sunbathing on the rocks. Great for biking, roller blading etc
