Incredibly popular with Chinese tourists, Arlington Row at Arlington in the parish of Bibury, was built in the late 14th century as a wool store and converted into weavers houses in the late 17th century. It is a Grade I listed building, owned by the National Trust

One of the most popular stops on the Cotswold tour and home to the much photographed former weavers' cottages.

9 Miles. Bibury is a favourite for visitors to the Cotswolds. Perhaps best known for Arlington Row, a row of stone cottages built in 1380 as a wool store which appear on the inside cover of some UK passports. Also visit the trout farm while you're here

The most photographed old street in the UK, an image of which can be found on the inside cover of the UK passport. Bibury is a lovely village with with a stream running though, on which Bibury trout farm is based. You can fish for your supper or just buy your own. You will access Bibury via the neighbouring village of Barnsley which has The Village Pub, very popular with great quality well prepared food so book ahead. 20 minute drove from the lodge.
