Nice walk down the shore and a great place to explore. I believe there is a small fee to enter but it isn't much and a nice time.
One of America’s most iconic lighthouses. Great hiking, camping, and visitor center. Breathtaking views of Lake Superior. If you’re feeling “tough” ask to crank the weights for the lighthouse.
One of the most beautiful lighthouses in the world. The site includes engaging Lake Superior history about shipping, shipwrecks, and more. A must see when you're on the North Shore!
Split Rock is a "must-see" attraction for travelers to the Minnesota North Shore. It is one of America's best-preserved and most recognized lighthouses.

“I am not adding this as a recommendation, it is to give you more details. To me, it is not the best aquarium that I have ever seen, and like most aquariums, is a bit expensive to visit. If you would like to see some of the types of fish that live in the lake, along with some River Otters, you will enjoy this aquarium. It is a lovely building and there are some kids activities. They also often have special exhibits available. ”

“Great hiking and sightseeing. If you go in the spring the falls are rushing and powerful. There are hiking trails to a gorgeous spot on Lake Superior.”

“Wonderful homemade candies as well as some vintage offerings. Truly a must stop if you love candy. Just be aware, they are seasonal and are closed after Christmas and usually don't open again until late April to early May.”
