The views are stunning nearby. We could find trace of living in the room, and that made it feel like staying by an auntie’s house. The host was welcoming as well. It was the best airbnb among 3 stays we had in NZ.

Jenny’s place was exactly as described — and even better. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, cosy, and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was really easy, communication with Jenny was great, and she had a fantastic list of local recommendations waiting for us on arrival. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nice house conveniently located near the lake and at walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Te Anau. We liked the huge green park opposite the house where we played rugby with our sons! Wendy is friendly and helpful to give advices and make your stay going very smoothly! It is the proper place to stay and relax before and/or after the trip to the Milford Sounds.

This place was perfect for our few nights away. Walking distance to everything and great view. Bbq on deck was great as we could have a cook up at home and enjoy our accomodation without having to go out every night for dinner. Leanne was great to deal with and incredibly accomodating. Would highly recommend staying here with small family, or couples. Will definately consider staying again on our next visit to bermagui.

We had a great stay! The host was very friendly and responsive throughout, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We were in town for a wedding, and the location was easy to find and perfectly accessible. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our group—myself, my wife, our 2-year-old son, and my mother-in-law. It was especially nice to see how kid-friendly the place was—our son loved the toys and books provided! Overall, it was a great home base for our trip and we’d happily stay again.
