Located just outside the charming, popular coastal town of Aldeburgh, overlooking the stunning marshlands of the River Alde, yet is also within walking distance of Aldeburgh High Street in one direction and Snape Maltings in another. Surrounded by idyllic walks, a stunning coastline, cycle routes and numerous sporting facilities, not forgetting Aldeburgh Music’s world-famous music festival in June and the Snape Proms throughout August, River View is perfectly situated for every age and genre. This elegant first floor accommodation is stylishly furnished for two. River View contains a small, modern, well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large contemporary double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. River View shares a communal hall way with Marsh View, a similarly stylish one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Both apartments can be booked together in the combination property Marsh Lodge. The views from the property are spectacular - overlooking the glorious and unspoilt marshlands of the River Alde but please be aware that the garden on this side of the property is private.
