The flat is accessed through its own entrance with private parking right outside the front door. The flat is 45 m2, has one double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room (with pull-out sofa sleeping 2), bathroom with shower, and access to laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is located by the sea with a view of the fjord. On the other side of the fjord is Kalsoy, where the last James Bond film ended. The 150-year-old Pershús has recently been renovated. It is perfect for couples and families with children. There is opportunity for activities. Quiet walks and hiking. The local å Storá is everyone's playground.
