Our favorite place to stay. The house is cozy and comfortable, and it’s just the best and most peaceful view out the back across the lake.

The Fly the Coop Dupe was perfect! Clean, aesthetically darling, and the layout of the residence was exactly what we needed (three couples with their own bedroom and bathroom). The check-in instructions, house tips, and check-out instructions were all very clear and much appreciated. We loved our stay! Everyone was comfortable and the host went above and beyond. When we arrived we had a welcome basket, and the dupe was stocked well! The kitchen had most everything we needed and the bathrooms even had additional toiletries! Would highly recommend The Fly the Coupe Dupe for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway or staycation in the Wichita area.

Had a great stay at this place. Peaceful neighborhood quiet and perfect place to help our family meet in the middle for the holidays! Nice rooms and plenty of space for all of us.

Simple , quiet and rustic getaway! We enjoyed the quiet mornings on the porch and hearing the birds singing. We took advantage of walking around the property in the stillness of the late mornings. Very peaceful. There were a few things missing and it could have been cleaned better but Katherine ( Stephanie's friend) responded in a timely manner. Given the holiday timing, these things may have gotten missed. We felt safe and secure, especially being in a gated community . A lovely getaway spot.

We had a great stay here! There was so much room for our family of 5. We especially loved the karaoke machine and ping pong! The back deck was nice in the evening to watch the sunset. And a wonderfully peaceful neighborhood.
