Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement de Joan. Le logement est conforme aux photos et il y a énormément d'espace. Les nuits sont calmes. La terrasse avec vue sur la montagne est vraiment agréable. Le logement est situé dans une petite ville typique éloignée des grosses zones touristiques. Il y a de la vie et nous avons eu la chance de profiter de fêtes locales. Le stationnement est toujours possible dans la rue. Joan est un hôte réactif. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à l'arrivée.

Great location very near one of the cute beaches in Palma. Paulino, our main contact, was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious and has a nice sea view. We felt immersed with the locals as the apartment is not part of a bigger tourist compound. Parking requires some skill and patience but is free and always worked out.

Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter le nord est de l’île. La plage est accessible au pied de l’immeuble, la vue de la terrasse est remarquable. Et l’hôte est particulièrement accueillante.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Josep’s Airbnb in the heart of Palma’s Casco Antiguo. The apartment is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light that makes the space feel open and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a day of exploring the city. The sofas were also a great place to relax, making the living area feel cozy and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for meals, and it was easy to cook and enjoy our time in the apartment, making it the perfect place for a long term stay. Josep was an excellent host—very kind, attentive, and responsive to any requests we had. His hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palma!

Die Wohnung ist problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (ca 1.5h vom Flughafen Palma). Von der Bushaltestelle Port de Soller sind es dann 10-15 Minuten bis zum Apartment. Ohne Auto sollte man fit sein den kleinen Berg hochzulaufen. Der Aufstieg lohnt sich, denn der Blick vom Apartment ist gigantisch und man ist in sicherer Entfernung von dem Trubel am Hafen. Die Terrasse ist definitiv das Highlight. Zum Zentrum Port de Soller läuft man ca 15 min. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung sowie nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

Michelle est EXCEPTIONNELLE en tant qu’hôte. Séjour avec 2 enfants. Logement vraiment très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Mise à disposition du linge de plage est un plus pour ne pas s’encombrer. Michelle nous a très bien conseillée lors de notre séjour (aquarium, resto, plage etc….) À faire confiance les yeux fermés. Encore un grand merci pour cet accueil.

Alles war wirklich super, Kleine Problemproblematik mit dem Herd, der mit Gas funktioniert Die Töpfe sind ein bisschen unten angekokelt, weil anscheinend der Gasherd nicht ganz richtig ausgerichtet war Ansonsten wirklich alles makellos Schöne Außenbereich, viele Stühle, Vielleicht ein bisschen wenig Besteck und Geschirr Insgesamt aber bedingungslos zu empfehlen

This was such a nice, clean, pretty place to stay. The location was great - about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, about 15-20 minutes to the closest sandy beach (Playa Can Pere Antoni), with lots of restaurants and shops right there. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! It was easy to find, the host provided clear instructions on getting checked in, and was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had a fantastic stay!

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Nous avons trouvé le lieu calme et très accueillant de par sa propriétaire, Astrid, aux petits soins de ses hôtes. Une personne charmante, intéressante et toujours de bonne humeur. Vi var to familier, der havde booket et andet hus tættere på Pollenca, som vi ikke kunne være i grundet fugt. Vi tog derfor kontakt til Nicola og forhørte os om vi kunne få tidlig indtjekning hos hende i stedet. Hun svarede hurtigt og fik gjort lejligheden klar til os på få timer. Det reddede vores ferie. Lejligheden er virkelig godt placeret tæt ved stranden og i gåafstand til butikker, restauranter mv. Lejligheden var ren og pæn og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for - endda badelegetøj, spil osv til Børnene.

Juan Carlo’s apartment is a great spacious place (we were 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids) at a perfect location directly at the beach and next to many great restaurants. Perfect communication with Africa who was always responsive, very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy and flexible check-in (Africa was welcoming us) and check-out via hotel Minister lobby. We ate mostly in nearby restaurants except for breakfasts when we enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room over the beach and had a front row seat seeing Port de Soller waking up in the mornings. The apartment is amazingly equipped for guests who prefer cooking at home. Really nothing to complain here. We had a great stay and will come again. Thanks Africa and Juan Carlos for being great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The pool was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. The complex is clean inside and on the grounds, and everyone was very friendly. There is a local shop and a few OK restaurants, but you might want to go further afield if you want something more Mallorcan. My kids made penpals with the neighbours, which is always a plus!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.
