This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We live upstairs, when at home, we respect our guests’ privacy, but the suite is below the main level of our home with a separate entrance.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
