AUDUBON WETLAND TRAILS boasts 649-acres, a 750 ft. boardwalk overlooking the wetland and a 1 mile island loop.
Offering a unique ecosystem of a Bald Cypress Tree slough, shrub wetland, and floodplain forest all in one location! Plus prime habitat for viewing beaver, otter, warblers, waterfowl, and woodland birds, a variety of turtles, frogs, fish, and other creatures.

AUDUBON WETLAND TRAILS boasts 649-acres, a 750 ft. boardwalk overlooking the wetland and a 1 mile island loop.
Offering a unique ecosystem of a Bald Cypress Tree slough, shrub wetland, and floodplain forest all in one location! Plus prime habitat for viewing beaver, otter, warblers, waterfowl, and woodland birds, a variety of turtles, frogs, fish, and other creatures.

The Greenway Passage is a safe and scenic, nearly 7 mile walking/jogging/biking trail along the Ohio Riverfront and Pigeon Creek.
Starting downtown and winding through the heart of Evansville, the 10-foot wide paved trail showcases the banks of the Ohio River and the creek, as it connects neighborhoods and parks, business districts and nature areas.

Pigeon Creek Greenway Passage
Pigeon Creek Greenway PassageThe Greenway Passage is a safe and scenic, nearly 7 mile walking/jogging/biking trail along the Ohio Riverfront and Pigeon Creek.

Angel Mounds State Historic Site, located on the banks of the Ohio River, is one of the best-preserved, pre-contact Native American sites in North America.
Encompassing nearly 100 acres and including 12 earthen mounds, built for ceremonial and residential purposes, the site also includes the incredible Angel Mounds Loop Trail spanning roughly 4 miles, offering an unexpected slice of archaeological history and stunning scenery.
Angel Mounds was built between A.D. 1000 and 1450, the town was occupied by more than 1,000 people who were part of the Mississippian culture, and included earthen mounds built to elevate important buildings.

MICKEYS KINGDOM PARK is Evansville's largest play park at 21,000 sq.ft. It was built entirely by volunteers for children (and adults 🤪) of ALL AGES and ABILITIES!
