They will typically take you through Dolphin Bay and either Blue Coconut or Cayo Coral for snorkeling. Make sure the price quoted includes the park fee ($10).

This is one of the most reputable restaurants on the island. Expect to spend a little more on entrees, but know that the quality and flavors will not disappoint. The location is great too, though you wouldn't expect it from the street view. The dining area is over the water with lovely views to the marina and Isla San Cristobal.
