A great family day out for all ages. The Forest Park has boat trips on the lake, beautiful walking trails, a treetop walk a playground and zip wires. There is a good restaurant/coffee shop or you can bring a picnic, making it a very affordable fun day out.

A very pleasant cruise on the river Shannon. Daytime and nighttime cruises available. There's a bar on board, tea and coffee is available also, and there's a bit of singing and a lot of Irish 'Craic' during the cruise! A lovely way to spend an afternoon, and family friendly during the day.
