In the early mornings, there are different types of activities or exercises from Tai Chi @ Basketball Court ( Everyday except Saturday & Sunday ), Sula Chin ( Everyday except Sunday. The group wears blue T-shirts ), Bagua Walk or Walking around the tree ( Everyday except Sunday ), Physiotherapy Exercise ( Tues & Thurs Only ). There are also 2 big sets of children playground and there are exercise stations around the park.

Only 20 mins to Central Market and China Town. If going the other way, you will go to the different big shopping malls in Subang Jaya ( Subang Parade, Empire, AEON Shopping, etc )
