Nice international supermarket to buy veggies and fruits. Similar to Alima. Here they have a huge Indian food choice. Also Turkish and other international products. Good prices!

Swimming in the river! Zurichs Limmat is so clean (and very cold), so that you can jump in and float down the river. Do this here or at Oberer Letten. We love to do this in summer! Bring a lock and you can use the free lockers, showers and toilets.

Grab some aluminum foil from our kitchen and then buy some BBQ goods at the COOP supermarket near Stadelhofen Bf station on your way over there. Enjoy an evening of swimming in the lake, yummy BBQ and throw a frisbee, kick a ball! :-)

Hike it up! 2 hour walk up in this beautiful forest that already Albert Einstein used to walk around in with his wife..
On top is a nice tower to enjoy the view. There is also a train you could take up here. I winter there is sledding!
