One of the few churro stands in downtown is located directly down the street on Uruguay (right across the street from Leys). A husband and wife run their churro stand after 6:00 PM

The general norm is to tip between 15 and 20%. The people that bag your groceries in stores do not earn a wage and people usually tip them 5-10 pesos.
