Down the front overlooking the water, can sit inside or outside. About a 20 minute walk from the flat through Magdalen green which is a lovely park, can also park outside which is handy. Lovely for breakfast or they also do lunch and evening meal which is varied and reasonably priced. Can also go in for coffee as well, this is probably my favourite place in Dundee due to the lovely views and service.

Nice for drinks, does like sharing platters for something to eat which is nice. Good location down the front, has an outside seating area also.

Less than a mile from the flat, has some lovely little coffee shops, gift shops, fruit & veg shop etc. Also has a few hairdressers if needed and a small supermarket however it is quite expensive as does a lot of locally sourced fruit & veg and sells some different items you might not get on your more commercialised stores.

I tend to do most of my shopping here as it’s so handy, takes about 10/15 minutes to walk or you can park outside for up to an hour.
