Las mellas is the best place in Cartagena to eat Sea food. Is is located in Pasacaballos a small town of fishers. For 20.000cop (6.5 USD) you can eat a delicious dish of fish with coconut rice, patacon, avocado salad and a big and sweet glass of lemonade. If you are on road to playa blanca we recomend to make a stop here to eat.
