This is very nice and typical "piola" (there are trattorias known as piole in Piemont vernacular) where Turin's peolple used to go to eat and enjoy a good glass of local wine. Moreover it's in a nice small square. I suggest to go early because they don't accept reservations so maybe there could be a little queue.

The building was the original Fiat factory, now it becames a shopping center but there's also the Agnelli Art gallery. Modern art such as Tracey Emin, Francis Bacon and Sarah Lucas co-exists with a collection of Matisse, Manet, Renoir and Modigliani. Renzo Piano was behind the transformation of the building, though you can still check out the automobile test track on the roof opposite the art gallery itself.
