5 minute walk. A date gourmet date night spot as it's a little pricey, BUT, we often walk down for a drink (try the Table Vase Martini) and dessert. In the fall try the AMAZING pumpkin cheesecake!

8 minute walk. Fun family spot with yummy pizza. Our favorite is their stomboli and Suzanne, the bartender, makes a mean glass of sangria. Owned and operated by Park Hill neighbors.

Bellewether is to this day my favorite coffee shop in all of Denver (and trust me I have tried a LOT). This co-op space not only features local coffee, but also craft cocktails, a hidden backdoor barber shop, as well as retail showcase for Colorado based Ruckus apparel. Stop in, get your libation of choice, and snap a photo of one of their several iconic walls...oh and don't forget to try one of their daily scones made by a bakery down the street. Current go to: Nitro Cold Brew on tap. The best in all of Denver. Feeling boozy? Try a Chico.

Way back play back to this white and red 60's styled locally owned ice cream shop that will have you trying every flavor. You can't miss this ice cream shop (or its iconic sign) which faces Colfax between Fairfax and Forest Street. Enjoy the sense of nostalgia and great patio seating for the summer time. What to order? The flavors rotate so you're always in for a surprise! But regardless of the flavor, definitely be putting it in a waffle cone.

True 'secret spot' to indulge in some very authentic Ethiopian food located off Colfax between Denver's Park Hill and Hale neighborhood. This family owned and operated dig will make you feel like you truly just stepped out of the country for a bit. This place is also for budget friendly as they give you generous portions of satiating injera bread with robustly flavored fillings consisting of both protein packed and vegetarian options. Feeling extra adventurous? You can get your beef served raw if you like. Don't pass up their offering of authentic Ethiopian coffee after dinner either, its something much beyond your normal cup of joe with lower acidity and a opaque punch of caffiene.
