Each year we are going to Ribarska koliba because the restaurant is not expensive and serves excellent fresh fish and mussels. We've eaten there quite a lot and each time the dinner was excellent. Located in Veli Lošinj harbour, next to the lighthouse. Beautiful sitting next to the sea.
Usually it's crowded for dinner, so if you want a nice table next to the sea, be sure to make reservation.
Konoba Ribarska koliba
Each year we are going to Ribarska koliba because the restaurant is not expensive and serves excellent fresh fish and mussels. We've eaten there quite a lot and each time the dinner was excellent. Located in Veli Lošinj harbour, next to the lighthouse. Beautiful sitting next to the sea.
Usually it's crowded for dinner, so if you want a nice table next to the sea, be sure to make reservation.
The place you must visit! Overlooking one of the most beautiful Losinj beaches, during the day, Borik is the ideal place for a light lunch and refreshing drink. But we recommend that you check out the sunset at Borik, with a glass of champagne, selected island's meat and fish delicacies. You will not resist it!

In our humble opinion, this is simply THE BEST restaurant on the island. Situated in the peaceful town Osor. Only local food and wine served, in beautiful ambient. Stuff is super friendly and helpful. You won't regret visiting at this place!

A small historic town with medieval walls at the top of the hill, rising on the edge of a cliff above sea.
In Lubenice there are maybe 40-ish old stone houses, each one is attraction to see. Acc. to 2011 census, only 12 people live there.
If you come late in the afternoon you will witness stunning, beautiful sunset!!! Lubenice is one of the places you definitely must visit!!!
Below Lubenice there is wonderful beach, so nice you cannot imagine! But - to get there you will walk at least 45 minutes downhill and at least 2 house uphill! Wear comfortable shoes and bring a lot of water, as on the beach there is no shopping ;)
Even the German newspaper Bild placed this beach on the 15th place of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
It's called Sv. Ivan beach, google it.

The bronze statue of the young athlete Apoxyomenos is a unique find not only in the Adriatic Sea, but also in the world. It was found on the seabed off the isle of Vele Orjule at a depth of 45 metres. Thanks to its wholeness and the exquisite workmanship, the statue is distinguished as a work of art of high quality.
Museum is working every day except Monday, and reservation
is required.

You can reach the top from either Nerezine or Osor, while those with more stamina can start in Ćunski and walk across the transversal.
