Personally, I probably wouldn't recommend this place, but since it's a minute from the apartment, I might mention it. I think the only thing on the menu is coffee. The coffee is a little pricey, but it's good. The place is sterile and so is the service. It's mostly empty, maybe going out of business soon. :D
