Food scene

A mid sized pub with a large beer garden in the castle walls, the pub serves an exclusively vegan menu but even if you’re not vegan it’s worth a try to experience how good vegan food can be!

We have three fish and chip shops in Conwy but Enochs, just over the water in Llandudno Junction is well worth the walk! A lovely walk with views - make sure you book in advance if you want to eat in. Takeaways can be pre-ordered if desired.

You cannot fail to be amazed with the choice and reasonable prices here, be prepared to queue at peak times. We like to grab a savoury and a sweet treat and sit down by the water.

A nice circular walk for a small donation if you aren’t a member. Some interesting things dotted about even if you’re not an avid twitcher.

Arcades and the smell of fish and chips and sugary treats. The wheel is here intermittently which is well worth a ride. Walk the length of the prom to burn off your indulgence.

Cómo moverse

Conwy train station is around 7 minutes walk.

From Conwy you can get to the interchange at Llandudno Junction which will allow for connections to Deganwy, Llandudno, Betws y Coed and Blaenau Ffestiniog. I’m the opposite direction to Penmaenmawr, Llanfairfechan, Bangor and Holyhead. Conwy is a request stop so be sure to check timetables (Trainline is ideal)
