EARLY BIRD GETS THE…DONUTS! 🍩Best donuts in town. Fresh, tasty, and usually sold out by 9/10am, so be fast! You can usually call in orders the day before to ensure you don’t miss out if you’re getting a couple dozen. If you’re just stopping in for 1 or 2, get there early before they’re out. Once they’re sold out, they close up shop. It’s worth the early rise! ☀️

Car and boat are quickest ways to travel.
Traveling by car, boat, bikes, and golf carts are pretty custom to Indian Lake. Not many places are walking distance from the house, but a few can be if you’re wearing tennis shoes. However, plan to travel by car or boat for most destinations. The donut shop, Taco Bell, Rite Aid, and a few other places nearby are accessible by water. You could kayak or paddle board there if you’re looking for a workout with a treat at the end. ☺️ There are docks!

Spend-A-Day Marina, just a few steps from our house, is a great place to rent a boat for the day. They’ll provide everything you need to have fun on the water.

Golf cart rentals
19th Hole Custom Carts in Lakeview does golf cart rentals. That’s a good way to get to a few places near our house, but beware…if the speed limit changes to 45, it’s no longer legal to golf cart there. There’s only a few miles you can go before that will happen. But you can go to the landing, McDonald’s, the donut shop, the park/beach, and other places!
