The property sits lakefront to Scotty Lake. Summer guests enjoy exploring the lake, fishing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, and watching the local wildlife, all while having amazing views of Mt. Denali and the Alaska Range mountains!
Winter guests are able to snow-shoe or ski across the lake to the connecting trails. Scotty lake also provides access to numerous snow-machining trails and connects to the popular East-West trail on the Petersville trail system.
