Ordered once, ate in and twice takeout. The food does not disappoint when you take out. It was just as yummy at the house as it was in the restaurant

Specials are…Monday 1/2 off burgers which are delicious even at this Italian restaurant. Tuesday is spaghetti and meatballs for $12. Haven’t tried yet. Wednesday is 1/2 off any bottle of wine under $80. Happy hour Sun-Thurs at the bar 3-6p, Fri-sat 3-5p. Saturday and Sunday brunch 10a-2p.

Unique appetizers and site special cocktails in a coastal islander environment. With fresh ground on site premium chuck, they celebrate that they specialize in burgers. But don’t stop there, all ingredients are locally sourced fresh and organic, locally baked fresh bread daily used on ALL the menu items including the breakfast toast. And when they say from the garden and sea, they mean it. It is fresh and sustainable! After my brief interview with chef Caesar H, we decided to order his specialty which I would have never chosen out of all the great stuff on the menu! The octopus. Not chewy, not charred just perfect with an amazing Mexican American flare. Yum! 2 mins from Carmel Valley. 19 mi from Oceanside
