The Water Tower in Iosefin is an industrial monument from Timișoara. It was one of the sources of water supply in Timișoara at the beginning of the 20th century. It is classified as a National Heritage Site (Romanian: monument istoric). !Not open yet for visitors!

Ion Creangă Children's Park is a children's park in Timișoara that bears the name of Romanian children's author Ion Creangă.

Iulius Town Timișoara is the name of a mixed-use development, edge city and shopping mall located in Timișoara, Romania. Owned by the Iulius Group–Atterbury Europe consortium, the project was conceived from the beginning to integrate Iulius Mall, now completed with office, retail and entertainment functions.

Take tram 2 from Mangalia stop (2 minutes away from the apartment) to get in the center of the city, beside Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral or Liberty Square, few more stops away.

Cea mai buna varianta este Uber/Bolt sau taxi. Cu mijloace de transport trebuie schimbate 2. Luati E4b(autobuz) de la aeroport care duce la gara. De acolo ar fi inca 15 minute de mers pe jos. Sau de la gara puteti lua 9b (tramvai) pana la statia Mangalia (50 metri de apartament).
