Fabulous food, wine and service. This family owned restaurant, a little off the beaten path in Romantic Civite Bagnoregio makes its pasta fresh and surprises ones palate by combining interesting flavors and delicate sauces. Starting with warm olive bread each course was better than the last. We had the eggplant cake and the peach tiramisu for dessert and it was a stupendous finale for an incredible meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Located off the main square in a labyrinth of subterranean storage tunnels beside the main cathedral, this venue is hugely atmospheric and the menu of local specialties like panzanella (bread and tomato salad) are freshly prepared and delicious. One of my favorites!

Scenic with lovely cool, clear water for swimming and plenty of shade for resting. Lake Bolsena is a volcanic lake so the sand is black. There are playgrounds and several types of boat rentals.

Beautiful historic center with a castle at the top! Gorgeous views. Nice little mechanical music museum on site. Castle was used as a prison so visitors can view cells.
