Cómo moverse

You may not need a car on days staying local

You can walk to restaurants, shops and a health food market north of our condo along S. Kihei Rd. A ride from the airport is about $40. You can easily rent a car for the day from local Turo hosts if you need to.

There are so much to explore on Maui it can be overwhelming. We love to relax on the beach, snorkle, swim, boogie board for the first couple of days after arrival, then explore one part of the island at a time. Activities on property, low cost activities and restaurants

You can go car free the first few days when you can explore the beaches and restaurants by foot. Catching Lyft or Uber is much reasonable than getting picked up by a car service! We loved to have groceries delivered from Costco by Instacart. Inexpensive restaurants: https://www.mauihawaii.org/restaurants/inexpensive-restaurants/ Volunteer opportunities: https://www.hawaii.com/maui/things-to-do/volunteer/ There are some local activities to attend. Please see the photo in "A Place" section.
