Being located about 10 minutes from downtown Knoxville, the space is perfect to visit your kids at the University, stay the night after the next Vols football game, participate in the many festivals Knoxville has to offer, or just a quick stay-cation to get away for the night.
Located about one mile from the Victor Ashe park, you may choose to use your free time to walk or run along the paved and natural surface trails. Sport players love the multiple soccer and football fields. A dual court for sand volleyball. Disc golfers love the sprawling tournament quality 18-hole course. Kids love the large playground and greenway - perfect for bicycles, skates and scooters. Anglers have water access for fishing.
Finally, for any of your forgotten toiletries or last minute needs, your stay is located less than 10 minutes from many major stores including Walmart, Aldi, Home Depot, multiple Gas Stations, Kroger, Dollar General, etc.
