Neighbourhoods

Vibrant, glorious and famous...Brighton Beach has everything. From the tucked away cafes and bars, to the i360 which will take you 162m into the sky with views of the Isle of Wight and beyond. You can rent a bike by the minute, walk along the seafront or take an open top bus on some of the most scenic routes in Sussex. Some of the best nightclubs are here: Coalition under the arches and Shooshh amongst others. Buy your stick of rock, fish and chips or admire the artisan galleries under the arches. Take your basketball and meet up with friends to use the beach side basketball hoops. Take your speedos (no, just kidding, they're not obligatory) and play beach volleyball. Or just people watch from a great vantage point. You never tire of Brighton beach

Full of Regency homes and converted outbuildings in little enclaves, this is one of the safest and friendliest places in Brighton. It is in close proximity to everything (the beach, the shops, theatres, bars and restaurants) yet is superbly quiet and accessible. Wandering around will bring you to Norfolk Square park where there is a book swap box and a natty little coffee bar, or down to Bedford Square park where you can watch the seagulls battle. In the other direction, is Brunswick Square park where you can admire the uniformity of the Regency houses and see if you can spot he local celebs.
