As you head out to Oahu’s North Shore, be sure to swing by Surfers on the way for some awesome açaí bowls - a deliciously sweet frozen treat made from the açaí berry - I get mine with cacao nibs, macadamia nuts, and coconut flakes 😋 They have all your coffee needs and you’ll be able to fuel up before you hit the beach. Try the mochi waffles!

Driving culture

We don’t honk our horns here. It’s an easy way to find out who’s from out of town. If you want to fit in with the locals, drive with aloha: let people go ahead; slow down around our keiki (children) whenever in town and passing beaches; and smile and wave or give a Shaka if someone let’s you go.
