The beautiful Cathedral City of Truro, one of the smallest in the Country is only 7 miles away and has ample parking and a park and ride service. It is easy to negotiate your way around, lots of gorgeous unique individual shops along with the usual high street stores. There is a farmers market selling local produce on a Wednesday and Saturday. Plenty of good places to eat and drink. The Royal Cornwall Museum has plenty of things to keep young and old interested. (Not open on a Monday) The Cathedral is also worth taking a peek inside. The Plaza Cinema shows all the latest films. Malpas Park can also be found in Truro with a great outdoor park for children.
