Kinderdijk is a place which you should visit. I can assure you will not regret. The old water guidence system which was build in 1738 is still working the classic way via the old windmils. It is stunning and incredible to discover this piece of history. Arround 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from the house. But your will be able to make the most beatifull classic Netherlands pictures.

Oud Valkeveen is a children park with mostly outdoor activities. It's located in one of the most beautiful places in my area. It's only 2 kilometer distance from the house. It has tons of nice attractions expecially for kids between 4 and 12. It is located near the water and in the end of the park there is a little beach also.

Efteling is the biggest park from the Netherlands for all ages. For more information please visit their website since there is so much to do. Its like disneyland but then without disney figures :). You do have to drive about 1 hours and 15 minutes to get there from the house.

Walibi Holland is a big Park not that far from the house about 30 minutes drive. It's a bit smaller then the Efteling park but also will be enjoyable to walk around a full day. It has many roller coasters.
