Sightseeing
Otterton river has been home to the first re-wilded beavers. Between 6:45 and dusk it is possible to spot them in the summer months. Travel to Otterton then walk up the river from the bridge there to get a spotting. There are often a couple people on the foot path with cameras who can give your spotting tips. A dusk walk up the river is charming even without a beaver spotting. And there’s a lovely Gastro pub in the village, which is itself very pretty.
