Local favorite, and I personally am a big fan of this spot. Everything served here is vegan and gluten free. Here you'll find cold pressed juices with specific benefits, like charcoal lemonade meant for cleansing the body and ginger shots for boosting immunity. I personally love the cocao bowl (that tastes like chocolate ice cream). The chickpea burger is also a very popular.
The owners revitalized an old Shreveport home and transformed it into a delightful cafe with lots of natural light. Not to mention, there's also a great outdoor/patio area in the back that is dog friendly

This aquarium opened a few years ago and it is so fun with interactive exhibits like the cold water exhibit where kids (and adults) can explore hands on sea anemones and star fish. There is a large sting ray exhibit where you can pet the sting rays as they glide through the water. Jelly fish are lit with black lights…and of course you can see sharks!

The R.W. Norton Art Gallery houses an exceptional collection of art spanning more than four millennia. Since its opening in 1966, the museum has become particularly well-known around the country for its impressive collections of works by those titans of western art, Frederic Remington and Charles M. Russell.
The park is so beautiful, Japanese maples grace the grounds, a brook runs through it and there are many life size wildlife sculptures that are scattered throughout the park. The azalea festival happens every spring and the park is ablaze in various shades of pinks and reds.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I always get salmon and yellow tail and albacore sushi, delicious. The filet mignon stir fried steak is soo good. They have the hibachi grills and the cooks do a great show for the family while you watch your food cook.
