We like to go here regularly, its so good for our bones. The Pavillion Pool option is the public area for adults. Best value for getting a variety of pools from 38 degrees to 41 degrees with water from different springs. Changing rooms are clean and warm. And you will get some great photos of the pools with the Sulphur Bay of Lake Rotorua in the background.
Open from 8am to 10pm daily
The family pool is available and there are adult spas to watch the kids from in the main pool- which is a little shallower

Cedar hot tubs looking out over the forest with a wee stream babbling away. Pretty idyllic. They can deliver your drinks for the tubs - 45 minute sittings. You can book online or rock up- it is less than 10 mins drive from here.
If you dont fancy the full on tub- you can rock up any time before 9pm for a coffee or beverage and snacks from the cafe and soak your feet in the "shinny dip" tubs. Fairly new place and they have done a great job.

About 4km down the road you will find cars parked, follow the path beside the creek and you will end up in a natural setting where you can bathe in a creek where the water is a nice 36 degrees. it doesn't cost and sometimes it can get a bit crowded but you will love it for sure.

My daughter and I booked in and enjoyed a mud spa. Quite rustic but a nice activity. Costs a little bit but where else in the world can you enjoy the thermal mud in a pool. Afterwards wander around the bubbling mud pools

In Kuirau Park follow the paths- near the childrens playground - and you will come across the public foot baths. Roll your trousers up and sit around one of two pools for a wee foot soak and take on the benefits of the thermal water. Great in summer and even better in winter.
